Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and ordering development services from Muzamil Qasim, a solo freelance developer (“I”, “me”). By registering, submitting a brief, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Services
I provide custom Laravel, PHP, and related web development services as described on service packages or in a written quote in your order. Scope is what we agree in the brief, quote, and order chat—not unrelated work unless quoted separately.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Email verification is required before new orders. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Quotes and orders
- Custom quotes: You submit a brief; I reply with price and delivery time in order chat. Payment is due only after you accept the quote shown on your order page.
- Fixed packages: Price and delivery window are listed on the service page; ordering creates a pending-payment order.
- Work on timed delivery generally starts after I verify your bank transfer and mark payment confirmed—not when you upload proof alone.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer using the reference and instructions on your order page. You must upload a clear payment proof if requested. If proof cannot be verified, I may ask for a new upload. Prices are as quoted in your order currency unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delivery and acceptance
When I upload delivery files for your order, they are sent to your order page and the order is marked Delivered. You may download files from your account. Mark the order complete when the deliverables match the agreed scope. If something is wrong, message me in order chat before completing. After completion, the order chat closes; new work requires a new order.
Further file updates or small follow-ups after delivery are handled via chat and new uploads when agreed—not via a separate “revision ticket” system unless we quote that separately.
Cancellation
- You may cancel from your order page before payment is verified and work has started (quote / pending payment / payment submitted stages).
- I may cancel an order before delivery if the project cannot continue; you will be notified by email.
- After delivery, cancellation is not offered; use completion or discuss any dispute in good faith via email.
Refunds
Because work is custom and often begins after payment verification, refunds are not automatic. If I cancel before meaningful work, or we mutually agree to stop, a fair partial or full refund may be offered case by case. Chargebacks without contacting me first may result in account restriction.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment and unless we agree otherwise, you receive rights to use the deliverables for your project. I may retain a portfolio mention and non-confidential screenshots unless you request a private NDA in advance. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock) remain under their licenses.
Your materials
You confirm you have rights to content and files you provide. You grant me a license to use them to perform the project.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided professionally but “as agreed in scope.” I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. My total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Availability and changes
I may update site features, these Terms, or pricing on packages. Material order terms are those on your order at the time of quote acceptance or package purchase.
