This Privacy Policy explains how Muzamil Qasim (“I”, “me”) handles personal data on this website when you browse, register, request a quote, place an order, or contact me. I operate as a solo developer; there is no separate company entity processing data on my behalf unless stated below.

What I collect

Account data: name, email address, date of birth, password (stored hashed), optional phone, country, and city when you register or update your profile.
Order and project data: brief text, project type, references, deadlines, files you upload (brief, chat attachments, payment proof screenshots), order status, price, and delivery-related timestamps.
Payment-related data: bank-transfer reference, payer name or bank name if you provide them, and proof images. I do not store full card numbers on this site; checkout is bank transfer only.
Communications: messages in order chat, contact form submissions, and emails sent to you about orders (quotes, payment, delivery, completion, cancellation).

Why I use it

To create and manage your account and verify your email before orders.
To respond to quotes, run projects, verify payments, deliver files, and send invoices when applicable.
To secure the site, prevent abuse, and comply with reasonable legal requests.
To improve the public site (analytics only when configured in site settings).

Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

Processing is based on contract performance (orders), steps at your request before a contract (quotes), legitimate interests (security, improving the service), and consent where required (e.g. optional marketing—you are not subscribed by default).

Sharing and processors

I do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by:

Hosting and email delivery providers that run this website and send transactional mail.
Google Analytics (only if an analytics ID is configured on the site).

I may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or fraud.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for tax, disputes, and project history. You may request deletion subject to legal retention limits. Chat and files are stored on the server associated with your order.

Your rights
